Hello.
This is short guide for players who already know Veig and wanna became skilled.
And if you rly wanna this its not it is not necessary to copy everything like most ******* do and wandering why they are failing...
Find your way of game play i will just give you some ideas.

What is more important for you ?
A) AP
B) mana
C) MP ( Magic Penetration )
D) mana reg
E) Magic Resist
F) Armor
G) CD reduction

And btw Cd reduction!? LOLED...
Hmm CD red. on its how i can say it ...
A) fail
B) epick fail
D) omg i dont have mana
E) hah i can spam! i am so great! ( Veig 30 min with 200 ap ...? )

Seal

1. Greater Seal of KnowledgeGreater Seal of Knowledge-for some mana (recommended)
   
2. Greater Seal of Warding-coz usually you are vs carry AP,so you will survive more (not more then 3)
   
3. Greater Seal of ReplenishmentGreater Seal of Replenishment-for some mana reg (not more then 3)
   
4. Greater Seal of Clarity-mana reg... (not more then 3)

If you wana so bad some mana reg you can mix "3" and "4" ( 2x and 1xGreater Seal of Replenishment - will got mana for every state of the game )


Glyph
Greater Glyph of KnowledgeGreater Glyph of Knowledge(I got 5 so 128 mana at 18lvl)
Greater Glyph of Force (got 4 so 12 ap at 18lvl) (recommended)
Both are good so the choose is yours (as you see i mix them)

Quintessence
Greater Quintessence of KnowledgeGreater Quintessence of Knowledge-a lot of mana (recommended)
Greater Quintessence of Potency-5 Ap for starting isnt bad
Greater Quintessence of Replenishmentreater Quintessence of Replenishment- little mana reg for start
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness-some speed bonus (actually not bad especially when you got )

Recommended: (after 200ap); (after 200ap); (if you got 2 or more enemy with 120 resistance or abоve); (for slowing troll champs like ); (when they are much spamers); (if you been targeted first and you need more survivability. Usually the reason you have been target much is ur fault-stay back!)


Items to avoid: (you dont need CD reduction or mana regen) (you dont need CD red.) (you dont need CD red. or mp reg.) (you dont need mp reg.) ( Its rare to even get close to maxing out the mana bonus from it and rarely will you be alive long enough late game without going back or having blue buff.Beside that my build give you enough mana.)
