I was browsing this site for a Veigar build today, and I saw the top build was not only "stale," but also a bit lacking. So I decided to post my own! I'm not claiming to be best Veigar N/A, but this build really turns you into the little nuke you were meant to be.

This is the most important part of the build; STICK TO THE ITEMS. Yes, I know every Veigar build is about stacking AP, but if you get your Cooldown Reduction good to go early, you can build your own AP with your Q's passive. I have a Purchase Order set up with this post already, so just follow that and you'll be making Katarina explode in no time.

Your final build should be;

1. Ionian Boots of Alacrity

2. Morellonomicon

3. Archangel's Staff

4. Rabadon's Deathcap

5. Abyssal Scepter OR Zhonya's Hourglass

6. Deathfire Grasp

For Veigar, farming means more than free money. His Q, Baleful Strike, gives you 1 Ability Power PERMANENTLY when you last hit a minion with it, and Champions give you 5 when it's maxed. While Veigar IS a glass cannon, he isn't so much a cannon to start out with. Build up your farm with some Baleful Strike last hits, and save your plotted destruction for a bit toward end-game.
