This build got me to mastery 7 at 30k points on evelynn, i know there are a lot of other pages out there that are different in building eve but trust me on this one that this build is too op. You snowball way to hard. lich bane is not even needed that is how op this build is. check the account EUW scyreption to see how good i am with the build. the most important thing while playing this champion is to play safe and too not overstay in a dangerous place/situation. in team fights evelynn usually is not that strong so only go in when you know you can get out and still help with damaging or if you have your R just R them all so your team can win the team fight. also i want to say that overall hextech rocketbelt is way better than night harvester because of the engage and escape but night harvester is just the easy noob item to get mastery 7. if you actually are skilled in eve just try out hextech or everfrost. it is more fun. for my stats on evelynn look up the name "scyreption" EUW.
