Introduction

Hi, this is my guide on how to play Vi jungle. She is an extremely good jungler right now, she has good early sustain, good clear times, good ganks and scales well into the mid and late game.

Runes

Runes

Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush
These runes are pretty standard on Vi, some people may take CDR glyphs but I prefer magic resist glyphs because of the extra resistance you get and I usually take CDR items later in the game anyway such as the Black Cleaver and Spirit Visage.

You want to take Denting Blows at Level 1 and Relentless Force at Level 2 which will help your first clear the most. You then want to max Vault Breaker which will help make your ganks much stronger. You want to max Denting Blows last because you are less likely to get consecutive auto attacks on a champion with Vi than using one Vault Breaker or Relentless Force

Ranked Play

As you have most likely already heard, Vi pre-6 and pre-jungle item is not good at all. You usually want to farm until you are 6 with your jungle item and maybe gank once or twice if you see an opportunity arise. When you gank with Vi you usually want to Vault Breaker someone immediately and then you should be able to take a kill from there.

In team fights if you feel you are tanky enough you want to zone off one of their carries from the fight, you can do this by using Cease and Desist and you should be able to stop one of their carries from damaging your team and your team should be able to do enough damage from there to win the fight.

Also don't be scared to 1v1 enemies once you have a couple of items, you should then be able to 1v1 pretty much anyone unless they're fed.

Summary

Vi is a very good jungler that if you can survive though the early game with will be extremely effective whether it be ganking or team fighting. She can single handily carry the game whether you build her tanky or damage. She is also very good at farming with very fast clear speeds. I would highly recommend you give her a chance! :)

Feel free to PM me on Mobafire if you have any additional questions about Vi and I will be happy to help you out :)
