Having said that, you seem to understand the basics of Veigar. In mid lane, the best thing to do is to focus on getting lasthits with your Q. Harassing with your Event Horizon + Dark Matter is pretty strong but costs a lot of mana, so playing defensively is the best option. You haven't written a lot about what to do in teamfights, but at least you understand that Veigar is squishy and should focus on getting farmed so he can get a lot of AP late game.
However, I have to say there are still quite some things that are simply wrong with this guide:
- Your spelling. If your English isn't great that's not something I can criticise you for (although I would suggest asking someone to check the spelling of this guide for you), but you spelled the name of two of Veigars spells wrong. It's not "Blateful Strike" but "Baleful Strike" and your ultimate is called "Primordial Burst", not "Promordial Blast". Fix this, it really doesn't look good.
- No use of icons. You might not know how to use them and in all fairness you mention that you haven't spent a lot of time trying to make this build pretty, but right now there is simply nothing but text. Try typing [ [ Veigar ] ] (delete the spaces inbetween), for instance. This will result in Veigar. You can do the same for all your spells, including Baleful Strike and Primordial Burst ;)
Alternatively, use [ icon = Veigar size = 30 ] if you want to alter the size (result: ) or if you want to be able to change the colour of the text.
- Your summoner spells: You mention that these two summoner spells are the ones you pick when you play 3 v 3, but you shouldn't even be playing Veigar 3 v 3, it is really that simple (he's not the most viable champ in 5 v 5 either but that's simply due to the fact there are so many strong AP mids right now). In 5 v 5, you really want to use Ignite and Flash. Teleport is a viable choice too, however.
Flash is simply much better than Ghost, it really is. You can use Flash to position yourself for a stun (for a surprise attack, basically), to Flash out of trouble (preferably over a wall), to dodge skillshots such as snares and much more. It is simply the best summoner spell in game that has so many uses. Make sure you don't use the Haste mastery if you decide to use Flash instead of Ghost.
Heal is simply a bad pick. Many new players use this spell and it works well on them, but that's mostly down to the fact that they make mistakes. Basically, Heal is a potential ticket out of jail once you screwed up. Making the right decisions at the right time, having good positioning and simply overall solid play counter the need of Heal. Yes, Veigar is a squishy champion and he will die fast, but that is exactly what makes good positioning so important on him. Good players deal with this by playing well, not by getting a sub-par summoner spell.
- Your skill sequence: Using a certain spell at a certain moment depends on 'what you are doing' and where you are, not what spell to max first, second and last. Right now, you're simply maxing everything a bit at the same time, which is just bad. Start with leveling your Q in lane (until level 5, when you get your third rank in Q) so you can get more lasthits with it and farm AP. After that, during the (early) mid game, focus on your Dark Matter. It is simply Veigars strongest spell with the highest damage, you want to have this maxed once the teamfights start.
Leveling Event Horizon is really not necessary. You mention that leveling increases the stun duration (which is true), but you don't need that to land a Dark Matter. At rank 1, Event Horizon will stun an enemy for 1.5 seconds. Your Dark Matter deals damage after 1.2 seconds, so using it directly after using your stun is all you need to do in order to hit your opponent. Also, leveling your Event Horizon multiple times in the early/mid game will heavily reduce the overall damage you deal (since you will deal less damage with your Baleful Strike and Dark Matter), so I would advise you not to level it. Just don't.
- Runes: Quintessences are generally meant to boost your early game, I would advise you to get flat AP quintessences. Also, you get Doran's Ring + Deathfire Grasp, which together give you quite a nice amount of mana regen. I'm not sure if you really need the mana regen runes. If you do, I would again advise to use flat (mana regen)runes since you will generally have more mana problems during the early game (before building the aforementioned items).
Overall, there are some good things in this guide, but also quite a lot of bad things. I won't downvote, but I expect you to work on this. Good luck.
