Is there a reason why mana-less Vlad should have a point in Strength of Spirit for his masteries?

This build is sweet, i'll go make my friends vote it up. This is really, how you should play vlad, and it deserves to be up over the mid guides imo.

- Tho put up a mastery explanation of taking 0-9-21 in utility. Also concider to put up an explanation on different situations, and evt. a guide of how to counter typical solo champs you would be facing.

I forgot to upgrade the hextech revolver to will of ancients my bad xd the masteries i'll post soon thanks for comment

I like the guide, easy to read. Why do you keep your Hextech Revolver and not upgrade it into a Will of the Ancients or a Hextech Gunblade. Also, explain why you spec into the Utility tree and not the Offensive tree.(Not saying it's a bad choice, but just needs an explanation.)
