Highly overrated Spell but you can take this too if you like to flash over walls and it also gives you a great escape chance.

On first back I usually go for This Item is really important for Vlad cause you need the spellvamp to spam out your e so you will have a dirty harass on your enemy.
But if have a hard lane and/or not enough gold on the first back I go for Kage's Lucky Pick for the gold you get out of it also you will need it later on for And if you have a hard ad lane then go for it will help you so much in early.

As Boots I usually take these
but if you are against heavy ap you can also buy

and if you get harassed pretty hard then take these

The next items should depend on your enemy team:

against heavy ad and also really nice for teamfights
(pool -->Zhonya's--> pool)

This item will burst the hell out of your enemys and also gives you sustain because of your awesome passive, the spellvamp and your Q.

---> If they build magic resist and your team is tanky enough then this is your item!

Probably one of the best Items for a tanky Vlad! It gives you magic Resist against heavy ap's, HP(AP), Cooldownreduction (Q,E,Q,E,Q,E DAT SPAM!... WTF POOL THE WHOLE DAY CANT KILL!) and a awesome passive that works so good with vlad it makes you nearly unkillable. I really love to play with this item
