You shuld play voli with flash and ignite because the are most useful for him. After buying items at the start you should go golems - red - (wolves if you want)- blue.
Most easy lanes to gang at level 3 are Top nad Mid .But you neade to fokus ganking Mid and Bot because they are not the tank lanes and your W is powerful vs squishy champions like mages assasins and adc's . Top is more coplicated because it is mostly tank lane and they can sustayn you bite but if they are something like ekko or the new meta you can feel free to gang top.

When you are playing jungle you neade to have good objective fokus .
With voli you can gang after your first buff or go counter jungling after your second buff because you have passive wich gives you power early on . Dont be afraid to use flash because you can flash W or flash E or flash Q and you still can escape if you ahve passive.
If you dont see opportunity to gang any lane jut make shure you deny enemy jungler as counter jungling.And when you get six you neade to go drake you can do it solo because you have ult, W and passive it wont be hard but make shure you are safe .

Pros: Volibear is Fighter / Tank with awsome sustain and very powerful spells and good team fights.
Cons: Volibear is cool and easy to play he is very poewrfull and you can be that tank carry of the game he is fast and has op spells .
