Hi this is my first guide, so i hope u'll find it intresting. volibear is powerfull and his frenzy gets stronger with health thats why the armor (and also for tank). you will notice that i dont got any ap and that is because i dont find it very important. for some reason the cheat sheet isn't correct.

i chose these runes because they will help you with ur tankyness.

for the extra gold on kills and assists. volibear can make many kills early game, but however if u make many kills ur laner wont make many kills, and then he will be underfed, so i suggest that you leave some kills for your laner.

the items are for the tankness. if your doing really good u can switch guardians angel and atma's impaler. if there is lot of ad you can switch banshee's veil with thorn mail.

i start with frenzy because it does massive damage when it got 3 stacks, then i go for rolling thunder because then u can make some kills with ur laner, and only one in majestic roar on lvl 3 cause the slow is good enough for its first lvl.

flash if u cant get to those nasty targets that are trying to run away from this bear. and exhaust if he's to fast.
