Champion Build Guide
The Goal of This Build
It's pretty simple; annoys the heck outta your enemy by spamming W and R. The W is so wide it's pretty much impossible to doge. With an additional burn from Liandry's, W's low damage will get piled up real quick.
Rune Choice Explaination
Arcane Comet: Consistent poke with decent damage, pretty hard to doge due to W's slow
Manaflow Band: You need mana, and that 6 free AD from Muramana is also nice
Transcendence: I know you want that AH
Gathering Storm: Lategame scaling since your base damage isn't that high
Cheap Shot: Everything Ashe does proc it for some extra damage
Ultimate Hunter: For the Spammibility for your ult
AS Shard: It's more helpful in the early game while that 8 AH will become pretty insignificant in the lategame.
Adaptive: For a bit more damage
Manaflow Band: You need mana, and that 6 free AD from Muramana is also nice

Liandary's: Percentage health burn, HA, and mana. The damage doesn't seem that high but is pretty noticeable after a while and will always be active since the burn lasts for 4 sec but W cooldown is 2.5 sec at least. 15 free AD for Muramana.
Ravenous Hydra: AOE on-hit damage, AH, and wave clear
Chempunk Chainsword: Grevious, AH, and Ad for a cheap cheap price.
Black Cleaver: Shred armor and gives you MS for chasing and re-positioning.
Moonstone: Spamming W = mega heal, also mana regen.
Demonic Embrace: Extra burn damage, also extends the Moonstone's duration.
Chempunk Chainsword: Grevious, AH, and Ad for a cheap cheap price.
Wardstone: Lot's of free stats for a cheap price of 1100.
Cosmic Drive: Even more AH and MS, Does not increase your damage but makes the enemy tilts even harder lol.
Staff of Flowing Water: More heal and free AH while healing

Why this build?
With this, your W would be on a 1.6s cooldown and about 22s for R or even lower, depending on your item option. Since R got 100% AP scaling and a very low cooldown, AP items such as cosmic drive are more useful than it seems. Furthermore, the mana given on some AP items will give AD bue to Muramna, which is always welcomed. You can easily zone enemies with your W if they don't have a good gap-closing ability. Even then, you can just ult in their face.
Ashe is pretty good at supporting too as her E simply reveals a good portion of the enemy's jungle. If you know how to track their jungler, this makes it even easier to know where they are and what they are doing.
