Introduction

Hey everyone! This is a short guide to playing Warwick in mid lane as of patch 6.15. I strongly recommend not going AP Warwick unless you are only trying to have fun. A more traditional AD build is stronger on Warwick in my opinion because AP Warwick does not scale as well.

This the first guide I have made and I will add more content to it with time. Eventually I will add an AP Warwick Mid Guide as well.

Runes

I choose to use movement speed quints because I think Warwick's lack of range makes it so he needs to be more mobile. Honestly, taking AD quints is probably just as good though.

Masteries

18/0/12 is the best choice for masteries

Spells

Taking Ignite and Flash are definitely the best choices for mid laning. Flash is an obvious choice for so many reasons. Ignite will simply help you win lane by finishing off opponents. Once you hit level 6, your ultimate and ignite might be all you need to finish off a half health champion.
