Hi my name is sebastion also known as *ADT Shockwave* and i play alot of league of legends, even though im in bronze i still have alot of experience and i feel that i can play any new characters ok, Bronze 1 is not a bad player. Bronze 2 and under is in my oppinion

Because of her range is so low maxing her q for the attack speed is not good in my opinion. And i find that maxing q is alot more easier too get too those characters like caitlyn who in my opinion counters Jinx. Though maxing her q second is a great idea because of the attack speed.

Pros
With maxing zap it makes Jinx alot more able too hit from further
Zap is a slow so it is good for using before initiating fights
A global ult
Really easy at pushing lanes
Killing characters / towers improve speed so she is very mobile when coming into teamfights
Cons
Range on her basic attack is not very far
Without the kills / towers she is very un mobile

In my opinion jinx needs supports that can poke, but in tarics case he dosnt really need because of the stun potential, taric is one of the best with jinx though he has little poke. Taric has the shatter it really helps with the zaps dmg.
I love lux support with jinx because of the poke, though hardly any supports who support lux in my rank play her properly (Aggressive)i still think that she has great potential with the character jinx
Leona is a great counter too jinx but i dont like her as a support with jinx. Because i like jinx too be very pokey early aswell as late and because leona is a late / mid game support i feel that other supports are just better, but leona is still ok
Nami is a great support because of the early and late game potential, in my opinion i think that nami is one of the best supports with jinx because of not only the poke but the stun potential also.
I feel that sona is really good also because of the poke potential as i said with other support jinx needs pokey supports and i recommend sona / nami support with jinx

I feel that ahri is a big counter too jinx because of ahri being so mobile, ganks by ahri are huge and i feel that ahri just dominates jinx in general
I feel that caitlyn counters jinx hard also and because that caitlyn is in the same lane i feel that she is really overpowered towards jinx because of the range she has over her with her basic attacks
Because jinx is new those are the only 2 counters ive experienced so far
