Bard top is something i have been testing for awhile i was playing the s5 corki and wondered what would happen if i built bard similarly my first game was pretty awful however the rest of the games i got insane amount of kills and weird damage chart heights even when i rarely did much at all. Its mainly the chimes that create this monster.

cuz its fun and powerful. I love making people flame me in lobby and all chat at the start of game "Report Bard" or something like that. they then beg for forgiveness once they see that insane damage and carries.

Yeah... Resolve masteries pretty good, Offence masteries im still working on

I prefer AD runes for a good Early game
