Introduction
There aren't many combos that are viable as Tryndamere is a basic attack champion and only one of his abilities do damage. Dont use your ulti until you are sure you will die without it.
The runes I have chosen are pretty much full offensive. I start with
for the attack speed and two types of seals,
and

for the decent crit damage and
gives you good crit chance. Then the runes turns defensive with
and
. The
gives armour and the
gives magic resist. For Quints I have chosen
, giving good damage throughout the game.
The build I have chosen plays to all of Tryndamere strengths. Giving him incredible damage while sustaining him with lifesteal and enforcing his awesomeness with extreme attack speed.
Start out with and two . At around 7 minutes to 7 minutes 30, you should have farmed enough to have your and if you are good, your . From here on in the purchases are pretty small, upgrading your boots to , starting your with a and your with a getting you well on your way to devastation. Finish up the and if you are fed, you should be able to get both of your s.
After this build is done you will eat almost any champion in no time.

(q) first as it will give you plenty of sustain to farm as much as you like. Get one point in
(e) at lvl 2 and max it second, while getting
(w) at lvl 4 and maxing it last. Get
(r) at every level you can, 6, 11, and 16.
There is a pretty generic combo for Tryndamere. Lead with (e) and get a couple of hits on them. As they start to run, use (w) to make chasing ever so easy. If you draw agro, heal with (q) to give plenty of sustain and if you get into a sticky situation or you are diving, turn on (r) to escape most ganks and dives.

Good chasing capabilities with Exhaust and Flash as you can dart to your enemy and slow them. This also converts to escaping as you can Exhaust the pursuer and then Flash away to safety. Always try to Flash over walls to put the most distance between you and your attacker. Your
(e) also allows you to move over walls so you should use that as a second " Flash".
Overall this build should allow you to stomp most champions while the Runes and Masteries give good sustain and Defence. If you can use your abilities well, it will be pretty impossible for the enemy to either escape and/or catch you.
