LoL Summoner Spell: Flash

The Basics

Start the game with Mana Crystal and the two pots. Because anivia is very mana hungry save your spells for when you can land a flashfrost frosbite combo i wont start casting spells untill lvl 2 at least because of this. Anivia harrases like a beast providing you can hit the skillshot and folow it up, most people underestimate the range of flashfrost and can lead to some nice early ganks. Also your egg earlyon can easily make unfamiliar players over commit to killing you only to be stuck under the tower or trying to kill your egg only for you to be reborn and combo them to death. Mid game you should be taking advantage of your massive burst and stun abilities to become a roving gank machine. Keep aware of when enemies are low or pushing sneak up flashfrost frostbit, through down glacial storm finish them with ignite etc etc. By mid game i usualy have aa's and my boots (sorc if im feeling invincible) and am building my rota. In a tough game ill swap out getting deathcap/morellos for hourglass or frozenheart if i know that im just getting the **** beaten out of me every team fight. or even rush lichbane sooner for the extra magic resist. Everything is always variable. By late game you should be doing a good chunk of burst dmg halfing or more to squishys and a good 1/4 to all but the most durable of tanky tanks. Late game always be aware of who you are bursting and should have the manna in team fights to be able to chanel glacial storm for a good period of time significantly reducing the efectiveness of their melee. Remeber frostbite has a much shorter cooldown then flashfrost and also works with glacial storm.

To sum up
- Be aware of your egg
- Always try and hit combo's
- You are very manna hungry
- And be smart about your targets

Ice Wall

If you hadn't noticed in the above chapter i talked nothing about ice wall, and for good reason it is such a tricky spell to master that i figured id give it a little spot light time to highlight some of its uses and how if used right is anivias best spell, or if used wrong.. well team mates never like getting killed because of you put it that way.

Walling is very usefull for slowing enemies trapping them escapes in the jungle even at a very low lvl and at lvl 5 can virtually wall off the entrance to your base for two and a half seconds. You can pin enemie heros to your towers and keep them in your storm and force them into the stun from your flashfrost. Even completly devide your enemie team in half complelty screwing up their ability to fight.

But BE CAUTIOUS!

Anivia's wall can also trap your allies and yourself, If you are jsut starting with her save your wall for when your certain you can do good with it, as it does have a rather long cooldown and you can easily end up doing much more harm then good , by preventing your team kills or even getting your team killed, i know i've done alot of bad with my wall when i first started playing her and it took a good time investment to become proficient at it. Just be patient with it, be patient in general, and place everything without patience Anivia is simply a mana eating squish.
