One of the only champions I accept as a true 'Nasus' counter, Darius has the ability to break freezes, all-in you at almost any stage of the laning phase (unless severely behind) and generally reduce your ability to stack by a massive amount. One of the only champions I would not recommend bringing Nasus against. Be especially wary of Darius players that build Brutalizer into Armor, as they won't shove the lane as quickly, but they will have better ability to kill you in a 1v1.
Dr. Mundo
Free lane. Mundo's cleavers are easily avoided by standing behind minions, and unless you stand next to him with his W and E active you won't even notice he's there post-Cowl.
Vladimir
Vladimir has all your sustain and none of your pitiful melee-ness, making facing him a nightmare. He also scales similarly well to you, so your pressure to perform is increased. Try to use bush vision to avoid taking Qs, and don't underestimate his intermittent auto-attacks between spells early on. You'll only really be able to stand up to him post-Visage.
Gnar
I hate this little bastard so much. He's sticky, he can kite you and he trades exceptionally well with %HP damage. While in his miniature form, be extremely wary. Think of his Mega Gnar form as reprieve (though stay away from the walls). Frozen Heart works against him despite his %HP damage. Know that you will outscale him in lane, almost regardless of how he chooses to build.
Pantheon
This dude was the bane of my existence when I first started playing Nasus, but not only do most people not know how to play him, he's easily countered. Ensure he can't W onto you without diving into your minions, avoid taking as much Q damage as possible till you have Glacial and eventually outscale him. Be sure to remove his passive shield before you Q. The most dangerous Pantheon players will know to take Crystalline and 3 Mana Potions against you and spam Q forever... but even they will run out of mana pretty fast.
Riven
Riven is a 'counter' in the sense that your Wither does little against her mobility and she outtrades you pre-6, but for little other reason. Avoid dying to her level 1, 2, 3 and 6 all-ins and you're golden. Wait for her E shield to expire before Qing her.
Rumble
Not as hard of a counter as people preach, so don't worry too much. CS during the downtime of his Flamespitter, learn to dodge his E, hit Q when his W shield goes down, and for the LOVE OF GOD DON'T UNDERESTIMATE HOW MUCH UNHOLY DAMAGE HIS ULT DEALS, and you're fine.
Teemo
I almost want to place this guy lower, but he's the most infamous Nasus counter for a reason, so I'll show him some respect. Firstly, a Teemo that doesn't max Q against Nasus has no idea what he's doing. You may want to rush Merc Treads after Spirit Visage to mitigate the effect of blinds. If he has to blind you, try to bait it out of him before you stack. He WILL inevitably reduce your stack count, but you'll make up for it later by +6ing off him repeatedly when you inevitably outscale and 2-hit him. Drop a vision ward behind his escape path when you want to all-in him; his shrooms can turn a fight.
Renekton
I don't know why people call this dude a counter. I can't fathom it. He will sustain against you, sure, but he can't kill you unless you get baited by his ult. Sorry, bro.
Jax
Jax is attack-speed reliant (and thus at an inherent disadvantage vs. Nasus) but he still deals hybrid damage, scales exceptionally well and duels like a beast, so treat him with a little caution, especially early on. His HELICOPTER MOVE doesn't block Q damage, but don't bother autoing him otherwise during it. If you don't get bursted pre-6 and get to your Frozen Heart you should be golden.
Fiora
Does anyone actually like Fiora? I mean, besides the people that play her, and they don't count. For anything.
There are two types of Fiora players in this world: Those who pick up an early QSS to deal with your Wither and who have the ungodly reflexes necessary to reflect your Q and specifically your Q, and those who do not. If it's the latter, freeze and wait for her R to feel like a nice backrub before trying to kill her, and for the love of god, ENSURE SHE PARRIES A DEFAULT AUTO AND NOT YOUR Q OR YOU'RE SCREWED, BRAH.
If it's the former, kiss your ass goodbye.
Lee Sin
Whether or not you win against a Lee Sin is largely dependent on the Lee Sin and 'how well can you dodge Sonic Wave'. Still, Lee is one of those champions that has to kill you repeatedly before mid-late game and roam to come out on top. Don't allow this to happen - primarily by staying out of the way of his Q - and you will win out.
Quinn
When people think of Nasus counters, they think 'hurr durr teemo lol blind his q', but what they should really think of is Quinn. Quinn will kite you to hell, blind you so you can never hit her even if you DO get to her and ruin your day with relentless ranged autos. If I was in a room with Hitler and Quinn and had a gun with two bullets I would shoot Quinn twice.
The only good news is unless you push out way too far to the point where she can BIRD you you will EVENTUALLY outscale her and be able to all-in, but I wouldn't even try this before lvl 11 or so.
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath is one of my favorite lane opponents because it's entirely a skill-dependent match-up. Juke his Rupture at ALL COSTS (as it is most of his damage) and you will win out in the lane eventually. Try to fight him after you see him use Feast on a minion, as it is his only real means of killing you post-6.
Hecarim
A fairly easy lane as his primary damage source (HECACOPTER MOVE) is easy to avoid. Bait out his W before all-inning him and be wary of the sneaky bush dashes to set up jungle ganks. Keep an eye on him as he may simply roam midlane with his ult.
Irelia
Irelia deals true damage and is a good tank-buster in theory, but is AS reliant and thus shitty against Nasus in practice. Don't let her dash onto a dying minion to get a free stun off on you and subsequently dash again before around level 6 or so and you should be fine for the whole lane. Just keep her Withered.
Wukong
Wukong doesn't really seem to deal that much damage, in all honesty. He's a purely melee-range threat with substantial mana costs and shitty sustain. Ensure you don't accidentally Wither his clone and you'll be fine. If I recall, you can even identify his clone by the Wither particles disappearing from it. He is good at setting up ganks for his jungler post-6, however.
