Fairly easy matchup for Sivir. Go Sheen/BC because of Garen's true damage. Stay at least even with him in the MS game (If he has tier 2 boots, get tier 2 boots)
Easy matchup. Just don't get pulled and you can poke him all day with no reprocussions. Just watch out for enemy Jungle ganks if he's running Ghost as if be all over you like white on rice before you know it.
Cakewalk. Nothing Kayle can do against you. Try to snowball as much as possible on her and take her turret early.
In typical Nasus fashion, you won't have trouble with him until post six and he has some items. Once he does though, you'll have to surrender priority to him without serious jungle help. The build will allow you to survive against him at all stages but you won't be able to win trades past a certain point so win as hard as you can early on.
As long as you get ahead, you'll stay ahead of her. You can completely negate her stun with your shield and kite her all over the place. Just don't get too comfortable and drift too close to her or you won't be able to get away.
Once again you have the advantage early but you still have to very careful once he gets 6 as his minions can rip you apart if he catches you in his circle. If he starts snowballing, it's over for you as you won't be able to kill him.
Stay away from walls and you're good. :P You probably won't be killing her once she starts getting tanky but she won't be killing you either. You should still be able to poke her out and take her tower without a ton of trouble.
Wahahahhaha. He has no chance.
You can negate his blind with your E. Being that it's the one thing that makes him so strong against most marksman, you can completely own trades with him. Sheen --> Maw and he's no problem.
If the Jax is decent, he's just gonna farm up and outscale anything you do. He's got too much range/damage for you to deal with. Play it safe and try to get jungle ganks. IBG will let you kite but it'll be hard to kill him once he gets 6.
It's kind of who can negate who's skills better. You should always be able to get away from her but if she gets fed by roaming, look out. It really comes down to punishing her when she makes mistakes and not allowing her to dance all around you.
Just watch the walls again with her. Don't let her jump on you and try to stay behind your minion wave. If she ults you, use your ult and run around kiting her until you can get out of there.
By the time he does any damage, you've already itemized against him and won. You can SS his abilities and auto win trades because he relys on his CDs for burst. Easy matchup.
You actually win trades early pretty hard. Ignite at the end of his ult to finish kills on him. Just make sure you kite properly and respect his range cause you don't want to go melee form against this guy.
Voli is kind of relentless and even if you SS his Q he can still maul you pretty good. Very dangerous if his jungler is near so always stay warded and give him space.
Shen himself is probably not going to kill you. What he will do though is taunt you once his jungler is near and make it impossible for you to get away. He's annoying cause you'll have a very hard time killing him and because he has two teleports he can turn fights around the map and still prevent you from just taking his tower. Your jungler will likely need to help in order to do much in this lane.
Sheen --> Maw and just let it rip on this guy. Once you get 6, you can run him down when he tries to flee away and either force him out of lane or kill him outright. He's not hard but you need to constantly keep poking him.
Champion Build Guide
This is a WIP guide for Sivir Top. Up top, Sivir is basically going to be a fighter/bruiser. With her core items, she is very difficult to kill especially for AD champions. While her damage is no where near her typical squishy ER build, she does a comfortable amount of damage with BOTRK and later items that she can easily carry games. Because she's so difficult to kill with double SS's and high Armor/MR, typically teams are forced to ignore you or waste so many resources trying to kill you that your team rolls over them. This preseason also has added some changes to the Precision of Mind rune which makes the PTA/Resolve tree viable and Edge of Night which goes well with the bruiser identity we're pursuing here.
Can front line and bait out attacks
Good waveclear/splitpush ability
Lower than normal damage due to build
Can struggle as the only "tank" due to lack of CC
Starting early game you're going to be focusing on poking and farming. I advise being conservative using your Q as it uses a ton of mana. If against champs like Darius or Garen, you want to constantly harass them and try to keep them from farming. Chances are good you'll get first blood if they sloppy cause your Q damage is very deceptive and can lure these kind of champs into a false sense of security. You're most likely going to get ganked first so keep the river warded and don't overextend, especially if your E is on CD and you're low on mana.
First back should be either Mana Crystal and Boots of Speed or Sheen if you can afford it. At that point, you want to start itemizing against your laner. Are they AD or AP? Is the Jungler AD or AP? If both Top and Jg are AD, go right for Iceborn Gauntlet and then Ninja Tabis. If one is AD and the other is AP, get Sheen but then build Black Cleaver. If it's both AP you're going to grab Mercury Treads as well. But get Iceborn Gauntlet third regardless cause the slow it provides is insanely useful.
Hopefully you're winning lane and are a few kills up on your laner and you start going for their turret. However if you've fallen behind or are getting camped by their jungle, play ultra conservatively and focus on just farming to get your core items. Sivir has great waveclear so she can stall the lane and prevent the enemy laner from ever taking her tower. Be aware of dives and keep your E ready. Sivir is very difficult to dive but if you see their mid rotating up to join in and you're all by yourself, abandon ship and let them take turret.
If you do get FB turret, keep pushing top until their inner turret is pushed and then rotate to take mid. A lot of times this opens opportunities for Rift Herald to be grabbed as well so take advantage of that as well. Sivir does well early so push your advantage and try to win your lane and get the CS advantage.
