Wukong is a very strong physical damage champion and he can be easily fed in the top lane and can farm well. He can harass with his Q-Crushing Blow and E-Nimbus Strike. If hes in danger or a the jungler comes he can easily juke and get away from them without dying with his W-Decoy. Wukong's ult helps him a lot because it can knock up champions that's in his way which allows you to deal more damage to the champion your trying to kill. I have been playing Wukong since I started playing League Of Legends and I think that was at the end of season 2.

I recommend getting Armor pen for the Marks and Quintessences because when Wukong is against a tanky top for example Garen and Renekton its really hard to harass when you don't have armor pen and your gonna have to rush to Black Cleaver. Usually Armor Seals is the best for every top laner because most top laners are AD. Mostly everyone gets Magic Resist for Glyphs and I think its actually helpful because you'll need to even everything out and usually there is always an AP carry in the mid lane and they really hurt during late game.

Recommended masteries are 21 in Offense and 9 in Defense. To start you should put 1 point in Double-Edged Sword to get additional damage then put 4 in CDR so you can use your skills faster. Next you put 1 point in Butcher so you can last hit minions easier. If you're easily running out of mana in lane and you don't wanna go back and recall, you'll need to also put 1 point in Feast to get not only more mana but more health when you kill a unit. Then finish it off with some more Attack Damage and Armor Pen. For defense you should put 2 points in Block so you don't take as much damage from champions and 2 more points in Enchanted Armor to help Wukong's passive Stone Skin and more magic resist. Lastly your gonna need a little bit of health because Wukong is a FIGHTER NOT AN ASSASSIN he's supposed to be quite tanky to survive ganks and I think Wukong needs to start the team fights because he can Decoy , Nimbus Strike to the ADC then ult to knock everyone up. Wukong and Yasuo are a good combo.

Always start with a Doran's Shield so you can resist some of the damage in early game. I like rushing to the Ravenous Hydra because when I get that item I can farm more easily and get fed early to get the other items like Black Cleaver. When you get your Boots, Black Cleaver and Hydra go on to Randuins Omen or Banshee's Veil (depends with the other team) then finish it off with a Frozen Mallet.

I max Wukong's Crushing Blow first because it reduces the enemy's armor. I max Nimbus Strike second because its better than Decoy and it gives you Attack Speed for a few seconds. Decoy is last because its only for escaping, juking, ganking, and going stealth mode (Decoy is ap damage).
The Cyclone is only upgraded at level 6, 11, 16.
