21/9/0 or 9/21/0 Masteries are optimal and everything else is pretty much suboptimal in all terms.
Furthermore I disagree with being core because it provides poor stats even though is quite expensive. is indeed a pretty niche choice and furthermore good purchases related to damage are and . The best defensive stuff are , / and . I'm not sure whether is so optimal if being ahead early on after the changes because I haven't seen with item so far after these changes.
Look up coding guides to delight the viewers' eyes!

You did explain but its wall of text, people will be lazy to read it, you should add some more codings like icons too. Your masteries is not right, it should be 21/9/0. I suggest you to archive it and redo the whole guide.
