Very helpful guide!. But a few things I would like to be changed. The gameplay needs to be updated to fix the current patch/ season. (It is outdated). Another thing is a more obvious Augment order. Finally, the electrocute build needs to be updated to the season 11 items. Please consider some of these recommendations!

What dou you think of Cosimc Drive, I think it's a very underrated Item and can help Kite some champions?

It's decent. If you really want it, I can recommend getting it as 4th item or later if you don't need a defensive item.

What's your opinion on night harvester? Obviously you'd be lacking in mana, but could you go seraphs into night harvester maybe?

I wouldn't recommend it. It's designed for the assassin class who wants to snowball early, and don't rely on mana items (Akali, Diana, Katarina, Evelynn etc). Viktor isn't an early game snowballing champion, and even if you build Archangel's Staff you will still be losing out on Lost Chapter component for the laning phase and 600 mana. The passive cooldown on Night Harvester(40sec) is also really high compared to Luden's Tempest(10sec) so you really don't get that much value from it. Once you get your mythic item + Lich Bane and Rabadon's Deathcap you start oneshot people anyway

Great guide overall! I do have three minor gripes. Firstly, the klepto Viktor thing should be removed, since, now that Kleptomancy is gone, it wont be possible.

Secondly, I'm not super experienced, but you say Heal is the standard summoner on most mages, why is that? I've never run heal on Viktor ever.

Thirdly, Is splitpush Viktor with Teleport viable in any matchups? If so, which ones?

Fixed, ty! Heal is good if you are planning to skirmish a lot with your jungler but otherwise i would go for either Teleport for safe scaling, Ignite for a more aggressive laning phase or Ghost for survivability and much better teamfighting.

Viktor can splitpush in the sidelane yes but you mostly want to be grouped with your team because he's a 5v5 champion with insane teamfighting and waveclear. Whether you splitpush or not heavily depends on the state of the game and both teamcomps. If you have Teleport then you should be looking to farm in the sidelanes yes.

Thanks! And one more thing, would you say Viktor is team reliant, or do you think with enough skill he can 1v9 most games?

I was just wondering, a few days ago i was trying some runes for viktor and tried Approach Velocity in the inspiration rune, since at max hex core all basic skills applies slow, and i found it quite nice! also, i really could use another opinion, what you think of that rune? i was going with Aery/Phase Rush ( i use Aery to bully melee champions), Manaflow Band, Transcendence and Scorch in primary tree, secondary i was with Future Market and Approach Velocity
Amazing guide btw!!

Yes that works, the secondary page can be swapped for any tree so you are pretty much free to use whatever you want. I have never tried approach velocity but it sounds decent. Personally i think phase rush is op, so i'm using it in every single game on viktor.

Really nice guide! I'm just wondering if you have any tips on bans regarding the current meta because I never go against LeBlanc, syndra, and the others so I was wondering if I should continue to ban them. Just to clarify I mean I never go against them when I don't ban them.

There's a special runepage i'm using against LeBlanc to punish those who try to counterpick

Summon Aery + Nullifying Orb + Transcendence + Scorch. In the secondary page i have Inspiration with Biscuit Delivery + Time Warp Tonic. Starting item is Corrupting Potion.

This strat is basically to smack the **** out of her in the laning phase and constantly poke her down because that's the only way you can win against her early. Also get Mercury's Treads asap, typically after your hex cores. I haven't lost lane to a single LeBlanc yet with this strat.

Against Syndra you also rush Mercury's Treads and use the normal page i provided. What you have to watch out for, is her stun, and most of the time you can bait it out by intentionally walking into stun-range and then sidestepping. Once it's on cooldown, you have more opportunities to farm/shoving wave/harrassing her etc.

Now that q doesnt scale with mana, would runes other than manaflow be better for him?

[-]
Yeager (22) | October 25, 2019 9:15am
It's still the best rune out of the 3 options for Viktor. The only time i don't use this, is when they have multiple AP champions, for example AP mid + AP jgl, then i would go for the Nullifying Orb

Does Rylai's Crystal Scepter slow stacks? And it's it still worth buying than other more expensive items.
1
[-]
Yeager (22) | October 11, 2019 4:55am
No i removed rylai's because it's no longer worth it with viktor's new buff on his augmented W. He basically got a rylai's passive for free. The slow doesn't stack either so you no longer buy this item on viktor. Instead you can go for Liandry's Anguish for even more damage.

Is viktor worth playing right now ?

If you're looking for an s- or a- tier champion then other champions are better. He's a monster if you can farm and scale up (the scuttle changes made it a bit easier for scaling champs), so i guess it depends on what you're looking for. If you're interested in Viktor's kit, then i would say go for it,

What do you think about taking Time Warp Tonic with Corrupting Potion against assassins/fighters to poke them and outplay ?
So far it proved itself effective in my low elo.

Yeager (22) | May 13, 2019 3:47am
You can already bully melee champions a lot early levels. Since you go corrupting potion anyway, time warp tonic is really good yeah. Difference is basically:

Inspiration secondary: time warp tonic and biscuit delivery is purely for the laning phase. Lane domination / survivabiliy

Domination secondary: MUCH better scaling but it isn't as effective in the laning phase.

I usually go Future market, not biscuit, this will help me to enhance my pressure, as I can buy next hexcore eariler.
I am also talking about situations when it is a close trade, in match ups like Yasuo or Irelia, there is still a good chance they will get into melee range to you, that's when Time Warp Tonic helps, as it restores bunch of HP right aways and gives you additional movement speed for kiting.
Might sound weird, but I like to win games early with Viktor.

I don't see where the notes are for klepto. Is it possible to put up match-up guides. Like how to approach trouble champions and counters? For example: I picked before their mid and went Viktor, and they chose Garen and I got totally wrecked...would like to know if there is a good strategy against tanks if they go mid. (it also didn't help I had a useless jungle, but that is a whole other discussion)

nvm, I found the notes, but the other stuff still applies.

I can add match-ups in the future when i have time again! Normally klepto viktor is only played toplane because you face a lot of melee champs, so proccing klepto is obviously easier. I always recommend ap viktor mid, especially against tanks because you can just outshove them and roam but to answer your question:

Tanks mid are easy to deal with, especially as klepto viktor because they have no way of killing you, and limited waveclear. You can hit them over and over for free gold with klepto. Something like garen can never threaten you because of your Gravity Field, Frostfire Gauntlet and augmented Siphon Power. It's really difficult to tell someone how to play in every match-up because there are more factors to think about, such as:

- Both junglers. Do they have a aggressive or passive jungler? ****ty ganks? Is your jungler always invading, or does the enemy jungler have more impact?

- Powerspikes

- Strengths and weaknesses in the match ups

etc.

Garen: You want to poke as much as possible with Siphon Power for the free klepto procs. Just be careful earlier on, as you will be taking minion aggro and they hurt A LOT. Garen doesn't have any way of setting you up for ganks, so lane is pretty free if you keep your distance and respect the enemy jungler. Other tanks might be better at settings up ganks, so you can always set up a freeze at your side of the lane, so you will be safe from ganks while being able to farm for free.
