Always Alpha Strike when done recharging. When Champ near tower with low hp. and u too got low hp. and ur minions are at that tower followed by the enemies Minions. try and alpha strike a minion near the champ and u may hit him/her. but becareful. After almost completing this build, your meditate when upgraded fully, may out heal 2 to 3 enemies atking you. unless they stun you. use R to escape your enemy. R is not much important. use E before using Q for higher Alpha Strike Damage.with Meditate, maybe you can out heal a turret after killing a champ near one, works for me, Enjoy.
