One of the most popular jungler right now for a reason, his burst and dps are too high and his item build makes him incredibly powerful, if you do fight him make sure you get the jump on him and wait out his E and W to Q onto him and don't chase him super hard because he will most likely ***** away to his teammates. Early game is when hes most vulnerable shut him down early and he is pathetic and useless late game. Ask for help early from your support or top to go into his jungle to kill him and take his camps.
