This is not really a "guide" but more of a build that I use sometimes, I made this build for fun and for people to try out, if it works for you please comment and if it doesn't tell me how it could be improved! Yone has a mediocre early game due to him being outranged by most mid laners as well as being quite restricted to play tower. When he is faced by a gank he is extremely weak due to him being weak to pokes until level 6. He peaks in early at level 6 so it is best to farn until you get to that level, make sure you ward in river bushes to track the enemy jungler's movement and position. When you push make sure to communicate it with your jungler so they can arrange a gank. Only take pushes when you have a jungler to help as he become extremely weak when behind.

Yone is known for being a strong mid game champion due to his high mobility and kill potential, yone can also take most major objectives on his own when using vamp items. Now that yone is out of the laning phase he can easily pick off wandering players due to his mobility with his third Q, E and his R. It is hard for enemies to escape him due to his R and CC on his third Q. You will most likely be staying in midlane to get towers and farm money for late game but also rotate when you see a duel close to you or a teamfight. Yone should constantly be trying to lure off enemies to isolate them due to his strong dueling power.

Yone also has a strong late game which helps him capture objectives and melt enemy's Hp. His R which can group enemies making them easy to get damage on is extremely helpful in teamfights, this works well with both his w and his q as they can hit multiple targets. He can kill minions fast and punish enemies who are out of postition and away from the team. You must play yone very aggressivley in order to get value from his kit in every situation, for example if you nexus is being pushed you must close the game between the high damage ranged units and kill them, then the supports and then your team can focus the tanks. He is very valuable as his ability to pick off enemies is very strong, this can allow the team to finish fights quicker with less casualties.

I dont claim to be a proffesional Yone player but this is how I like to play him and is what works best for me.
