2 ways of playing This
1: Either start opposite of enemy jungler and full clear and steal his camps who have already respawned. (so if he starts his blue you start your blue (you work from top to bot and he from bot to top)
2: Start the same as the enemy jungler and full clear and counter gank or contest skuddle or even invade when 3 + ghouls are up. this is more risky

In both cases dont go back before 1500 gold so option 1 is easier to achieve this.

Rift OVER dragon. Here comes the teleport in play.
You can easily solo rift and even dragon with ghouls and maiden.
But you want to rift more.

Once you have the rift contineu farming. once you see a lane litterly making the enemy Laner either back or kill them (no Teleport up for enemy laner in best case scenario)

You ping to push. You Teleport to their tower if walking in 5 seconds is not faster. and then push hard with them and summon rift. Most of the time you get first tower with this. Dont overdo it tho because enemy midlaner and jungler are probably coming after rift is summoned to stop you.

Repeat this with second rift.

Drop your maiden off in side lanes (most of the times opposite of dragon) and farm some more and start taking towers solo or with your team.
you can easily solo drakes with 4 ghouls but if maiden is there even better.
Baron Solo is a must but the less full build you are the slower it goes.

The name of the game is now just to take drakes barons and ESPECIALLY TOWERS.

The maiden procs tiamat and ravenous hydra. So let her later split push.
Even tell your team to work around her if they walk with her.

2 fun stories with this.
1: Me full build and Ornn full build. Maiden was let loose in top. Ornn tries to stop her. Maiden kills Ornn Solo. Without any friendly champ nearby.
2: Enemy Aatrox 4 levels and 2 items ahead. i let maiden loose and tell the skarner top to defend her. he keeps the aatrox stunned and the maiden kills the aatrox. and skarner also lives.

Tell your team she is stronger then some champs when full build. Play around that.
Full build you have a 6th champ on your team.
