22/0/8 Gives you a lot of early game damage with some nice mana regeneration to help till you get manamune

This item is great if gives you a lot of mana and some bonus damage. Get this item as quickly as possible to start farming up your mana. Once you get this item i find his mana problems go away.

Yorick seems to be a very slow champ so i choose the boots of swiftness, other choices would be Beserkers Greeves, or Mercury Treads

This item makes your Q do massive damage, start with the sheen for the proc, then the Phage for the slow.

This item gives you some damage, a great amount of health, as well as once you get in melee range helps you keep them in melee range. It truly is a great item for Yorick. The health helps your ghouls as well.

Great item to help your life leech, now that it was changed in a previous patch

Gives you a nice boost in damage, since your sitting on a lot of health late game, plus some nice armor.

Early Game

You won't have a whole lot of mana to spam spells basically try to last hit as much as possible going back for the as quickly as you can get it.. After you get that you will start to notice a difference in your mana. Use your E from here on out to last hit along with attack if you can get close enough without being harnessed. Once you get you should be able to spam your spells and harass a lot and farm quite well.

Mid Game

Basically now all you want to do is keep farming so you can get your and . When a team fight breaks out of a lane needs help by all means go help, don't just farm and ignore it. When entering team fights i find the best skill sequence is W for the slow, then E as your getting closer, then Q for the damage + TF Proc, then cast your ultimate on the highest dps in the fight, that will help you maximize your damage output.

Late Game

Basicly your role in team fights will be to help take out the enemy teams carry. Like i said before W-E-Q-R will be your single target sequence, I find it is best to use your ult on the AD carry on your team as it will maximize its damage output, don't be afraid to use your ult when the carry has full hp.. They usually die quickly anyways..

Other

When pushing towers always use your Q for the TF proc on the tower, then wait 3 sec's then use another skill for the TF proc, it will help bring down those towers FAST

With manamune you really don't need Golem Buff and with the frozen mallet you really don't need Lizard buff its better off to let someone else have them.
