Ziggs, the most annoying poke mid laner, does basically that; poke you down until he can kill you. Be careful playing against him as he can do more damage than you do per hit

Quick Guide
Early Game
In the early game phase, try to farm and zone your opponent with you Explosive Shot (E). Ganks are not much of a problem as you can just Rocket Jump (W) away from a gank. Explosive Shot (E) does a ton of damage so all you need to do is spam that. Once you have Buster Shot (R), you can basically get a kill on anyone below 50% by using E-W-R-Ignite combo. Try to roam after getting ultimate
Mid Game
Tristana's teamfights are not bad as she can get the adc to almost half health with 1 E and get out of a sticky situation with Buster Shot (R) if necessary. In a teamfight, or when securing dragon, try to focus the ADC or even try to one shot by using the E-W-R-Ignite then Rocket Jumping (W) out.
Late Game
Once Trist has 4-5 items, she is ready to do some massive damage to the whole team with Buster Shot (R). As this item has a short cooldown, use it whenever possible or necessary. Your main goal at this point, besides objectives, is getting rid of the ADC very quickly so that a teamfight or a Baron/Dragon steal is in your favor.
