Hi, i am Lord Demonoid and this is my guide for mid lane Zed. Just to be clear, this guide isn't in depth and it's for dummies with Zed, not for those who are already mastering Zed. I have been playing him for a while and he is quite fun due to his juke potential. I think this guide will at least help you to understand Zeds mechanichs and i hope you enjoy :)

For runes i take flat AD marks, flat armor seals, flat magic resist glyhps and flat AD quints. As i said you can also take ArPen marks, it really depends on you opponent.

I take 21-9-0 masteries. Ther is nothing special to add exept that executioner synergises well with you passive which can be a differnece between a kill and a wasted ult and time.

I usually start elixir and hp pots because elixir can be a life saver. Then i buy 2 long swords for damage and build them into bilgewater cutlass. Then buy boots and start building core items. BotRK should be your first big item because of the active which is amazing with your ult or for chasing enemies, it also gives you sustain because of life steal and some AtkSpeed. Buy a Brutalizer and a Last Whisper for some ArPen. Build your Brutalizer int TBC and buy a survivability item. Your last item should be The BT. If you buy a GA for survivability sell it when it's on CD and buy a Warmog's Armor(if you have enough gold ofcourse)

Take W when you hit lvl 2 but max E second.

I take Flash/Ignite most of the time. Other options are Flash/Exhaust and Flash/Teleport.
