Threats & Synergies
As one of the tankier, AP DPS Champions, he doesn't have very reliable damage against Zilean, (HIs passive with his w shouldn't ever be a problem.
Relatively weak pre-6, call for a jungler gank to completely stomp her.
With her Egg passive, Anivia is troublesome. Her damage is also quite high, and they normally rush Rod of Ages to be tanky. Try not to tower dive her.
<3. Stay away from her if she is on 3 Passive stacks pre-6, and step back if she hasn't used spells and is on 2 passive stacks. Her farming potential is quite high, with her Q mana cost being refunded, and half the cooldown being refunded if she kills a target. After acquiring some mana, push and roam, and always call mia.
Her true damage and her mobility is very dangerous, as well as her Charm spell.
His damage in teamfights is ridiculous. Stay away from his combos. His 100-0 is very potent. But guess who has a Leona ultimate on a 5 second cooldown? Zilean <3
This snake has some crazy damage, but her only utility spell, her W, can't slow you ( just e), and it can't stop you from e'ing, since grounding doesn't impact movement speed buffs
Don't get poked Level 2. Azirs like to W, auto, Q, auto to chunk you for 30-60% of your health. He is always very good in teamfights, so try to shut him down early.
His damage is insanely high, and similiar to Azir, he will try to poke you at level 2, with his q+w. Normally he tries to poke, wait until 3, then all in with q+w+e+ignite. Consider taking Heal or Barrier instead of Ignite
Ekko is extremely dangerous. His passive puts every trade in his favour. Consider Barrier or Heal instead of Ignite
Resourceless, has targeted damage. You counter her. Whenever she tries to pop her q mark, stun her, throw in a few autos and make her take minion damage. Her potential in teamfights is absurdly high. Make sure she doesn't get her resets
Her poke is weak, she isn't that useful at all. Anything she does, you do far better.
Do not let her poke you early! I cannot stress this enough. her auto q auto+ thunderlords is so powerful. Even more so, at level 2, her q+auto+w will zone you away from creeps. Add ignite, and she will kill you easily. Try to farm, don't let her assassinate in teamfights
Lux. Q+Auto+Auto means you lose 30%HP. Her zone conrol is high with her E, and she has 2 CC's in her kit.
Her sustain and early damage is powerful. Her single target damage is really high, especially since her Q+R lategame allows her team to kill you. Consider Cleanse.
Although not very common, Lissandra has a perk (point and click CC (Ulti)) and a huge con( Mana issues).
He is melee, and normally won't try to trade with you, since you out trade him hard. Make sure he can't roam by pushing and always calling Mia.
Not very viable, just dodge the Q's, poke her to death.
His lane presence is average, but his roaming potential is the highest in the game. Always call mia, push hard, dodge his Q's
Like Akali, relatively weak pre-6, turns into a terror post-6.
May the best one win.
His siege is underrated, his damage is underrated. He ha semi-global presence. Beware the hexplosives.
Two team-fight orientated CC's, and average presence in lane, play passive and push once you have core items.
*sigh. His damage is impressive, but you counter him so hard. Stun, auto, walk away. He lost 70%HP. He is good late game though, so try to end early
Dodge the E. Don't walk into the W. E and run if he uses Ultimate. Easy match-up
His W through creeps and the trigonometry for his Q and CC from his E, plus the damage from his ultimate? You will get zoned.
Do not let this little mage farm, because his oneshot potential is so high. His spells give him AP if he hits you. His Ultimate does more damage the lower you are, allowing you to self cast your ultimate.
The master of shadows doesn't really pose any threat to you. You counter him so hard. Just have the sense to E to avoid his Q's, and don't stand next to his Shadows.
His passive is the main problem. Auto first to break it, then zone him. If he ever engages on you, stun, kite backwards, slow him.
His Q is annoying. Don't let him auto you for mana back if you see his passive is up. Dodge his crappy stun
His poke level 2 is high, his all in level 4 kills nearly everyone. Dodge that E. Stun him whenever he even looks at you. Your ultimate counters his assassinations.
Syndra's presence is low. Her roam is high. Push, don't let her roam.
A wall you can't ignore and you can't kill, he is tanky as, and is just annoying the entire game.
A semi-viable mid, don't get cheesed by her empowered auto+Q+ Ignite. Her teamfight potential is quite low.
A bit of a pain, his damage is a bit higher than average. Stun him and his voidlings in teamfights, stay far away, and when he ulti's one of your team, stun him and ulti your ally.
A late game terror, her Teamfight potential is high, her Q+W chunks.
His all-in's do quite a bit of damage, but he is very short ranged.
Level Expose Weakness to optimise team fights and ganking.
I don't level Ferocity up to Opppressor/Bounty Hunter, despite the synergy for damage, or Piercing Thoughts, for the Magic Penetration, because I prefer the added utility from Resolve.
Wanderer is for roaming or getting back to lane after backing.
Secret Stash is FOR THE BISCUITS! I mean, for extra sustain.
Mana is the biggest issue early on, so I prefer Meditation over Merciless.
Of course, level Dangerous game for the clutch plays.
I prefer Precision over Intelligence, and it's because that extra 5% will only lower Zilean's Ultimate cooldown from 36 seconds to 33 seconds.
For optimum lane trading, level Thunderlord's Decree.
The power given up from not leveling the Ferocity tree now manifests itself as utility.
Leveling Recovery gives more sustain.
Leveling Explorer Increases roaming potential.
Doran's ring and two Health Potions set you up for a decent early game.
Rushing The Lost Chapter, and another Doran's Ring further adds to your laning presence.
Upon Finishing your "Core Items", you have immense power and can easily roam. The rest of the items are self explanatory.
Assuming that you didn't invade, level W second. Level E third, for the utility, and max Q, of course putting points into your Ultimate (R) whenever possible. After maxing Q, scatter points between lowering the cooldown of W, and increasing the movement speed buff/debuff.
Do you REALLY want this minion?
Also, baiting your enemies to towerdive or to aim you is so funny, and extremely satisfying.
Be sure to ALWAYS BM by laughing and using the mastery emote.
