LoL Champion Build Guides: Olaf

Olaf throws an axe to a target location, dealing 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to units it passes through and slowing them by 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45% for 1.5-2.5 seconds based on distance travelled.
If Olaf picks up the axe, the ability's cooldown is reduced by 4.5 seconds.

For 6 seconds, Olaf gains 16 / 18 / 20 / 22 / 24% lifesteal, 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90% attack speed and 0−33% increased healing from all sources for the duration (depending on missing health).

Life steal and spell vamp bonuses are calculated on-cast and remain static for the full duration.

Olaf deals 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 50% total attack damage) true damage to his target. If he doesn't kill his target, he inflicts 30 % of the total damage dealt to himself as true damage.
Basic attack reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 second.

Passive: Olaf gains 20 / 30 / 40 armor and magic resist.

Active: Breaks any crowd control effects and gains 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 30% total attack damage) bonus attack damage, plus immunity to crowd control for 6 seconds. Olaf loses the passive bonus armor and magic resist, but gains 20 / 45 / 70% bonus movement speed when moving towards enemies for 1 second.
