Yea I have had the same problem with my tank Jarvan Guide. 17k views and only 5 votes, including one -1 obvious troll vote. Probably has to do some with the fact that most people don't like to tank.
It is funny... the other Jarvan Tank guide there is a comment in there that says it was the only tank guide for Jarvan... even though it was out 8 days after mine and it has always been clearly marked as a tank guide lol.
I have often wondered how some guides get so many views/votes while some I see that are well done, well written, work, and are well presented have so many fewer votes/views.

Did I manage to assist you in any way? Hook me up by hitting that nifty +Rep button.
All guides have been archived due to my not being able to play LoL currently. The information is still there and is good but until I return they will be archived. I am able to keep them updated and current though.

Can I get an admin response on this? I remembered today that on the HoN forums they use this method for getting feedback on a guide. FFF you might call it "feedback for feedback". You could have a special subforum for people who care more about this than the rest and would enjoy going about helping others improve their guides. A lot of people are probably content to just toss up their guide and if people like it they do and if not then whatever. But this concept would allow for people that want to help out a bit more get more "airtime" for their guide while at the same time giving more "airtime" to someone else's. Basically you can have one thread for your guides. People drop a little comment saying "I dig it, please comment on <link> this or that guide of mine" after they vote on it and comment on it?
I think this would help improve the activity level on guides. What does an admin think?
PS- You could also bump your topic once a day (or however frequently admins would allow) which you can't do with guides. That way active guide writers get more feedback and a latent guide gets less feedback.

By the way, Xaioli, I just took a a look at your Twitch guide (massive Twitch fan since he was released in beta) and noticed it has a fair amount of stuff that's out of date. Are you going to fix that stuff or maybe I can help you out if you like?

This would just result in blatant advertising, which happens to already be done in the Build and Guide Discussion forums.
If you want feedback on your build/guide, you CAN link it in the build forum and you WILL get advice. Just don't blatantly advertise without asking for specific help.
