If anything you should keep the Stark's Fervor and replace the Hextech Gunblade with something like Black Cleaver. Why? Because Nocturne benefits a lot from attack speed because it makes his passive go off more often. Also, the armor reduction is amazing and it adds more damage.

Thx for the advice. I will try it out! I would like to ask you about order of buying items and what spells i should choose (i use ignite + heal or ghost + heal). I would like to know if I have to buy some items with that increase life points or armor.
I'd suggest instead of Phantom dancer, get a defensive item, and Black Cleaver would be better than Hextech. Also I'd probably start with boots first instead of dagger since it looks like your laning, it'll let you actually keep up for those extra hits you're trying to get in.

Your first damage item after Berserker's Greaves should probably be Brutalizer because it's a cheap way to boost your damage early game and it works into Youmuu's Ghostblade, which is a fantastic item for Noc. I can only imagine the time you were waiting for the Hextech Gunblade was when you were doing poorly.
Glass cannon Nocturne makes me cringe....
You really don't need attack speed. He gets along fine without it.
You don't need Hextech Gunblade because you only have one thing that benifits from spell vamp. And, because it's a DoT, you don't get very much.
You need more damage to really be better. Wriggle's Lantern gives you some armor and AD which are both needed. Banshee's Veil will be enough to round out your defensive items.
If you're feeling slow, buy Boots of Swiftness and use Duskbringer.
Hope this helps.

Personally, I think you should get Doran's Blade as your first item, even more so since they nerfed Duskbringer's bonus damage.
That build is all over the place.
I don't see why you would even consider Gunblade, AP is pretty much useless on Nocturne. If you want the Lifesteal, just get Bloodthirster.
And then, just when it looks like you're lifesteal based, you go for crit? :/
Try:
Doran's Blade
Berserker's Greaves
The Brutaliser
Zeke's Harbinger
Bloodthirster
Youmuu's Ghostblade
That build is all over the place.

After Berserker's Greaves, you really want to get The Brutalizer. Why? Because it gives you the damage and armor penetration you will need while rushing your B.F. Sword B.F. Sword.
Now, if you need extra lifesteal aside from his passive, Vampiric Scepter will do you quite well for a while.
You can also grab Zeal until you are ready for Phantom Dancer (or you can start to work on Stark's Fervor because it is also a good option).
Before you finish that though, it would probably be a good idea to get Banshee's Veil. KEEP IN MIND: Nocturne doesn't rely on as much as other AD champs because he has a spell shield of his own. It 'can' wait until later.

My build tries (normal game):
- Dagger + healt potion -> Berserker's Greaves
- Hextech Revolver -> Bilgewater Cutlass -> Hextech Gunblade
- B.F. Sword -> Bloodthirster
- Zeal -> Phantom Dancer
- Stark's Fervor
- B.F. Sword -> Infernity Edge
On the beginning i had a lot of trouble. I had 3/4/0. In the middle game i had 9/8/2. When i finished build i started to dominate. I finished with 29/11/12
I think that i can replace extech Gunblade with Trinity Force and Stark's Fervor with second Bloodthirster. What do you think about it?
