I'll have a new Thresh guide for you to review soon enough. :D
With thresh being my best support and one of my mains, be prepared for a REALLLLY critical review! (I could write a guide for him myself if I weren't too lazy... Kog'Maw guide first :))
I main him too ^^, obviously you're a much higher tier than me, but I like to think I know him pretty damn well, having mained him since his release. :3
I may release it tomorrow, but my guide is taking into account his recent PBE changes which moved his Q passive to his E, and I dont want people yelling at me because that isnt how it is on live client yet. XD

I'm wondering if that change would make it through. People would just max E, get more damage (E base dmg > Q) and get a stronger slow. The only downside of that would be the 6 second cooldown reduction on your Q.
Yea, but his damage has always largely come from Q's passive. And they nerfed that slightly early game. The trade off is basically better slow and damage on E, and sacrificing that cool down time on Q, meaning newer players may still have to max Q if they miss it a lot.
Edit: This is a massive top Thresh buff. Watch out Riot, creating new metas and ****.
