khazix is completely relyant on a strong laning phase to scale into lategame, generally a very dangerous thing. i think his laning phase is good, but not great anyways. swain's probably tier 3.. havent seen him much so opted not to add him.
clarification: where would AD nid be and where would AP nid be
id probably put them both in tier 2 tbh.. favoring AD
Teemo in t3 when he counters a **** ton of champions if played well?
i think everyone else has answered this one by now.. but pretty much teemo is too reliant on a strong laning phase because that's all he's got... and its beatable by a variety of champs and all the tier 1 champs can definitely handle him. actually im looking at the tier 1 champs and every single one dominates teemo in lane. having effectively 2 abilities in a teamfight is really weak as well.
Overall pretty gud list though :3
i think it is important to note that again, this is a general power level tier list and not a soloq tier list. if it was for soloq id probably have cho tier 2 and lee tier 1, but it isnt. i also main lee and he is completely fine. his lategame is good in the utility department and bad in the damage department.
i feel that xin is very good right now, very difficult to lane against and very good utility in teamfights, especially with burst aoe comps. hes a very rewarding champ to play imo. m5 ran him a couple times at worlds.
sorry. i forgot to add him but he's tier 4.
