Then you're doing it wrong =D
In lane, you are very agile -- generally you want to wait until they burn a spell, such as a skillshot, and then immediately Q E W and back out; or Q W if you are in range and then E out.
You get a lot more harass in that way -- you can't play passive with Kat or you will never win your lane and be able to shove and roam =3

I play passive-aggressive as Kat. I know when to go in, so I do the qew alot when I can. Just rarely the qw, since I don't get that close most often. Unless I am way ahead alreadt!

Caitlyn is really strong. Unfortunately, I'm back down to 1521, but I'm not going to get upset about it. After all, I climbed from 1250 to 1680 last season - who's to say I won't do it again?
