No offense but, you seem like the kind of guy to rage at someone for not having a good game, and you want to get rid of those people who don't have a good score. Plus trolls would go around and vote everyone of their tier out. This sounds like an absolutely terrible system. Riot would be ridiculously foolish to do this. This would also cause a lot of stress for possibly 2-5 hours of their life to keep in their tier. It would just be a downright TERRIBLE idea.

If he's so lucky that his team seems to always carry him to victory all the way up to high elo I want him on my team. Why ban someone that manages to attract so many good players onto his team?

And to prevent people from misuing the system. only when there is 10 total votes will action be taken on the player.
since these player are carried into the league tier they are in, they will have to go into relegations where they can only solo queue so that they cannot get help from someone else and they will have to play 5 games to determine if he can stay in the league he is in or be dropped.
