He's a mana hungry jungler that needs to farm till 6, and doesn't work well with Wriggles, and doesn't really do much till he has his core build.[/quote]

Only thing is I'd run 21/9/0 over 9/21/0 but besides that it's pretty spot-on.[/quote]

[/quote] [[Skarner]] is a lane bully top who can all-in really well early due to being able to spam [[Crystal Slash]] and prevent damage with [[Crystalline Exoskeleton]]. He's also very dangerous to dive and easy to gank [i]for[/i] due to his ultimate. Basically a top lane [[Shyvana]] with more CC.[/quote]
