Best AP Mid

I owned him since he came came out i liked playing him he was fun but he has to many issues. One less item slot force to buy a crappy item that powers one ability. I wish it was possible to make it so you did not have to buy item maybe you got it at lvl 12 or something idk just you need slots for wards etc... Also fact he is one buggiest champions still his e is most bugged skill in game animation not showing for me dmg not hitting going right through people doing no dmg.[/quote]
