Best Top Laner?

His [[Death Ray]] should be used more once you gain more AP. Usually I get [[Augment: Death]] to make it really punishing.[/quote]

Tops have a few things that make them strong, durability/sustain/pushing power. Viktor doesn't really meat any of those in a prolonged engagement IMO.[/quote]
