I think hitting level 5 or higher should make the list but nothing special for level 6 or 7 that's what I would have done if I was still running this thread.
However I haven't really played any league for almost two months now, other then a mode of the week or an aram here and there. So I know nothing of how level 6 or 7 works let alone Hextech crafting :P

What's wrong? The only thing I don't like is that you need essence to get them, other than that, the tokens are pretty easy to get.
