Ofcorse you build CDR on Lux. Sure, you buy AP boost items but CDR is so important on Lux. Anyway, looks like a solid patch.

I would only build CDR on Lux if I was playing support, basically. Or maybe if I had no access to blue buff for some reason.

Sure, you won't have blue all the time, but who wants an item that's only useful 1/3rd of the time?
You need to log in before commenting.
First, you loose the total AD ratio so less damage and second, your cd is increased by 0,5.
CD's actually dropped by 0.5 seconds.
8-4.5=3.5
10-6=4
