It's still slightly bugged since some of the things aren't affected by hud scale
otherwise I love it :^)

I haven't played League in about 10 days and now tried to play on this patch. I entered ARAM just to have some fun as first game in a long time. When I entered the game I couldn't even recognize the game, HUD has way bigger impact than I thought it'd have, it was so confusing to play, also new map for aram and new announcer didn't help at all.
HUD seems so clustered, but my biggest issue with it is that all important parts of it: abilites, items, summoner spells are less noticeable and don't stand out as much as before, but just blend in the background with similar colour theme as HUD. What I'm trying to say is that RIOT somehow went completely 180°on their words and promises with all new updates.
When they started changing map, their main goal was to make champions, ability effects and everything important stand out more and have terrain just blend in background as less important part of the game; yet with HUD update they did completely opposite, now everything is same and kinda hard to notice.
I probably haven't played enough and it's probably a bit better after you get used to it.

I like the addition of summoner spell cooldown timers on allies in the "tab-menu" but its overall design looks kinda messed up to me, not as clean and neat as before. Regardless of that I do like most things the update entails.
Btw, can't you change the notification on the ping anymore? I'd be able to recognize it because it's extremely small on my screen ...

Thanks to Aquilegia for this sig!

1) I'd like to have the option to have the character stat window display constantly. It's a nice small window that shows the AD, AP, movement speed, etc.
You can have it always on by clicking on the helmet bottom left of your champion portrait. It's only the bottom half of the info that appears when you click "C", so clicking C enlarges it. I'll still complain that it's not activated by default.
Most stuff I don't like is just minor and can be easily fixed (color schemes, size of stuff), but the idea of having everything bottom right when the flow of the game is top right-bottom left is what makes the new HUD better.
Also, "everything is clogged" is just fear of change. It's not like you'll have a harder time finding your information, it's just that you have to get used to it being in a new place... And maybe some size issues. Rito already said the character portraits are going to get bigger, for example.
