Actually that's exactly what I was accusing you of doing. Your post didn't add anything to the discussion. I just informed you of this. Also next time read what everyone else is talking about. it makes sense, ive had people dodge games just because "oh we got countered and i dont want to lose so im dodging" so now maybe people will learn to play against counters instead of just dodging

And yes Dill there are idiots who dodge for almost no reason, but there are also people who have good reason to dodge. Why should i be expected to go through a game with two people already raging at each other in champ select, two ad carries, and no jungler? That's a loss, and it takes up time I could have used doing other things. That's not a rare occurance at lower tiers. They need to find a good punishment. Taking away something that is supposed to reflect skill based on something unreliant on skill isn't the right way to go about things.
I'd suggest making a "dodger" que like Dota 2 has. All the dodgers, leavers, trolls, and flamers are put into their own que. But it's not instant. It's after you do it a couple times. This means that the people who leave for no reason are out of our ques, and the people that only dodge under circumstances like I listed (Which by the way is a real life example) are not punished for not wanting to go through with that.
I'm out of this convo though. Beyond this point no ground will be made. No points proven, and no rational discussion had.

You do realize with the new system you automatically lose your series if you dodge in it, right? It's been said around 120910292091301923 times in various places about the system, and says it when you dodge if you actually read the box.

despite all the pros and cons of the new system or the old system, the game starts in champ select, we're u ban champs and have a pick order and the game starts right there, so its totally fair to lose points for it, regardless of what made u dodge the game. we all hate trollers but they are part of the game, so learn to deal with them and QQ a little bit less
