This matters, because Soraka's heal ratios are garbage, and the mana-steroid on [[Infuse]] has no ratio. This is a large part of why Soraka is good as a support, because the support parts of her kit don't scale well with items. If Lulu's ratios are like Soraka's damage skill ratios, they'll be good, while if they're like Soraka's heal ratios, they'll be terrible. Also, just for the record, I'm calculating using (AP_Scaling*1000)/(Lvl_5_Base). The 1000 is in there only to make the numbers bigger, so they're easier to talk about. This calculation shows how relatively much damage will end up coming from AP between skills, bigger numbers meaning more damage comes from AP rather than the base damage. (Take, for example, [[Absolute Zero]], which does a lot of damage and has a high AP-scaling, but whose ratio is only 2.222...; it takes more AP before the damage from your AP on Absolute Zero beats the base damage than it does for [[Barrel Roll]], whose ratio is about 3.2.) I consider skills with ratios of 2.5 or higher good, and skills with ratios of 2 or lower bad; between 2 and 2.5 is mediocre. Soraka's damage skills have ratios of 2.5 (Q) and 3 (E), making them relatively good, while both her healing skills both have ratios below 1.6.[/quote]

[/quote] Id say her base stats are pretty crazy, she looks like a 2.2k base health support. (Idk if he has health runes or masteries or something...) She seems to have really good health and mana/5 Her passive is insane, and all her abilities look really strong.[/quote]

[/quote] Watching to get an idea of her ratios and such. Her base HP looks like it's about 2k, unless he has runes/masteries. I can't tell anything about her passive, except that it's kinda' flashy and looks really silly with high AS. The range on Q is pretty similar to Morgana's Q, I think, but not as wide and much faster. The level 5 damage on it is 280, and the scaling percentage looks to be pretty high. About 90%, I think. If so, the ratio on that is really good. Its cooldown is 7 seconds at max. Her W has no AP scaling at all. The movespeed buff maxes at 25% and the AP bonus [s]appears to max at 50[/s] maxes at 60. It makes her ride on her staff if she self-casts, which is really cool. Its cooldown is 15 seconds at max. Her E has a 10 sec cooldown and a 6 second shield duration, so it has 100% uptime at max CDR, which is kinda' crazy. I didn't get a look at the base shield strength or AP scaling, sadly. Her ult gives 600 bonus HP at level 3, and looks like it has about a a 30% scale. The ratio on that is really bad, but it looks to be an amazing skill anyways. And it's really funny when put on a Cho'Gath with a few ult stacks of his own. He gets SO BIG. SO. BIG. ZOMG. Lulu will be good because her E is a shield, and a nuke for 1 skill point. If we use (AP_Scaling*1000)/(Lvl_5_Base), then Lulu's ratios are... 700/280 = 2.5 0/0 = 0 600/280 = 2.14 500/600 = .81 for ulti, which is a shield/heal thing. Her ratios are worse than soraka. She will be a good solo laner because of how much utility she has.[/quote]
