If Lulu's Q and E do not have even relatively good ratios, she will simply not be able to do as much damage as other mid champions, which obviously decreases her effectiveness in the role. She wouldn't be completely nonviable mid, but it might make her better bottom, which I would like. As far as kits themselves go, pretty much every viable mid champion has a hard CC that prevents movement to allow for full combos. Snares, stuns, suppressions, etc. The few who do not are mostly either anti-AP assassins with huge burst or extremely high sustaining farmers. Lulu does not appear to fit into any of these categories. With her silence on W, she'll certainly be played mid, but I don't believe she has either the sustain or the burst to make her as effective as other choices. I'd simply like this to be obvious. As an aside, Soraka's ratios are pretty good on her damage skills. So...[/quote]
