I'm a little curious about the WW passive changes. Is that a buff or a nerf???...the numbers dropped from what I remember his passive doing.
Ahri nerf is miniscule. I'm fine with it.
GP was asking for some changes, I'm a little surprised to see Raise Morale get hit, but Parrley was just silly. If anything they should have raised the mana costs of Parrley even more and left Raise Morale alone.
Also: Ashe bot eating souls with pinpoint trans-map arrows of doom. You read it here first.

I didn't realize the change meant his passive was now dealing damage along with the previous heal. I must have misread it as simply a number change down to "3-16" from whatever it was before (9-16 iirc? Eh?).
Glad to see Warwick getting some buffs though, he was dealt a pretty harsh hand with the jungle rework.
