ahris charm doesnt work on ignites true damage and her Q damage is a part of her kit so it makes sense that it works, whereas on talon and swain its not a part of their kit, i think the nerf sucks but its true
also why are they not touching jinx? or shyvana? im ok with that but theyre easily the strongest in their roles, jinx especially with the nerfs to sivir and lucian

It's technically a buff to Jungle Panth, and only a nerf to his lane if you don't have a "champions only" button set up.

Idc about the reasons why they nerfed those 3. "omg can't protect against amped trued damage" because shields and building hp won't do anything. Isn't that what you buy vs top Olaf, hp? And Ahri amping her true damage and that being ok, part of the kit or not, only makes me more furious. At least hit her too. But better not, because she's popular.
