Any true damage that those abilities would amp that is true damage would be external, from items and such.[/quote]

[/quote] Nah, they actually just buffed her by making the jungle hurt her less. Idc about the reasons why they nerfed those 3. "omg can't protect against amped trued damage" because shields and building hp won't do anything. Isn't that what you buy vs top Olaf, hp? And Ahri amping her true damage and that being ok, part of the kit or not, only makes me more furious. At least hit her too. But better not, because she's popular.[/quote]
