you shouldnt be able to solo dragon that early, it should be a team objective not just another big camp for the jungler to solo

I think it depends on the jungler. People who depend AS (Vi comes to mind) might not be hurt as badly.

Still don't know what to make of this, but I'm sad he'll probably be removed from mid lane meta and people will complain that I'm taking him mid while he's a way better jungler/support now.

Gragas

Base movement speed decreased to 330 from 340
Damage per level increased to 3.5 from 3.375
Base damage decreased to 55.5 from 55.78
Magic Resist Per Level increased to 1.25 from 0

Happy Hour [ Passive ]
On ability use, Gragas takes a drink restoring 4% of his max health. This effect can only happen every 8 seconds.

Barrel Roll [ Q ]
60/65/70/75/80 Mana
11/10/9/8 /7 sec Cooldown
[ Appears range is reduced. ]
Gragas rolls his cask to a location, which can be activated again to explode or will explode on its own after 4 seconds, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.6) magic damage to enemies in the area and slowing their movement speed by 30/35/40/45/50 for 2 seconds. The damage and slow increases as the cask ferments, up to 150% after 2 seconds.

Drunken Rage [ W ]
8/7.5/7/6.5/6 sec Cooldown
[ Can Now be cast while moving ]
Gragas guzzles down his brew and takes 10/12/14/16/18 reduced damage for 3 seconds. After finishing his drink, his next basic attack deals 20/50/80/110/140 ( +.3 AP ) plus 8/9/10/11/12% of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage.

Body Slam [ E ]
50 Mana at all ranks
16/15/14/13/12 sec Cooldown
Gragas charges forward, colliding with the first enemy unit. He deals 80/130/180/230/280 (+0.6 AP) magic damage to enemies in the area and bumps them back, stunning them for 1 second.
Body Slam's Cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds if Gragas collides with a unit.

Explosive Cask [ R ]
100 Mana at all ranks
100/90/80 sec Cooldown
Gragas throws his cask, dealing 200/300/400 (+.7) magic damage to all enemies in the area and knocking them back from the center

good ive always wanted to play gragas as a tank, it never made sense that a big fat drunk guy with a melee AA had huge long range spells

Looks like just a straightforward nerf to Gragas tbh.
I mean he's still got a lot of focus on his poke, and 6 seconds on W is not going to help you in teamfights.

Basically MOBAFire.

I hated doing next to zero damage for 80% of the laning phase anyway.

Even more infos at RoG. And the damage reduction is still %, but it only lasts for 3 seconds.


Also, some history lessen. Before armor seals were used for junglers, everyone did run full AS runepages. So, now, after armor seals are weaker and AS runes stronger, maybe some junglers will use that again? I already know that Sion jungle absolutely loves this changes. And that rungepage scales incredible well with Wriggle's Lantern, which means those junglers are actually double buffed.
