PBE - Recurve Bow Buff and Item Build Path...

Also Recurve Bow felt like such a non-item. 30% Atk spd isn't anything to sneeze at, but this change I think will make the item feel a little more useful as far as temporarily giving up an item slot for it.[/quote]

People who buy BORK are still going to go cutlass. Just a nice minibuff for Kalistas who buy Runaans and not having to keep useless daggers in your inventory if you don't have enough for bork[/quote]
