The most skill requiring champs?

[/quote] 'the most skill requiring champs' =/= 'the most skill requiring champs that are viable or aren't getting reworked' Heimerdinger and Karma have been on the rework list for nearly a year, I hardly think you can say they're getting reworked 'soon'. The most recent talk about it from a red has been Morello saying that Xypherous is working on the Heimer rework and that there's no ETA on it, and that was 3 weeks ago. I wouldn't doubt it being another year before Heimer gets reworked, because practically nobody cares about him lol.[/quote]
